Future Select specialise in recruitment within the Water Hygiene / Legionella sector and we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Water Hygiene Engineer to join a reputable and trusted Water Hygiene / Legionella management company. This role would suit someone who has extensive experience carrying out various L8 compliance duties such as water sampling, temperate monitoring, TMV servicing and CWST cleans & disinfections across Commercial, Local Authority, and Public Sector sites. For the successful candidate, our client is offering paid door to door travel, generous holiday allowance, enrolment onto the company pension scheme and company vehicle.
Candidates will have good access to the M4 and surrounding areas: Bristol, Trowbridge, Chippenham, Shepton Mallet, Malbrough, Devizes, Swindon, Andover, Warminster, Stroud, Cirencester, Cheltenham, Gloucester, Weston-Super-Mare, Minehead, Bridgewater, Taunton, Ilminster, Shaftesbury, Yeovil.
Experience & Qualifications:
" Will have hands on experience working for a reputable Water Hygiene / Legionella management company as a Water Hygiene Engineer.
" Well versed in HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
" Experience carrying out various L8 compliance duties on a mixed portfolio of sites.
" Excellent communication skills.
" IT literate.
" Working in line with company and client timelines.
The Role:
" Attending Commercial, Local Authority, and Public Sector sites to carry out routine water sampling and temperature monitoring.
" TMV servicing & failsafe testing.
" CWST cleans and disinfections.
" Showerhead cleans and descales.
" Flushing of little used outlets.
" Ensuring work is carried out in line with ACoP L8 / HSG 274 guidelines.
" Updating onsite logbooks upon completion of work.
