Our Client is a successful and busy Water Hygiene outfit, with a strong presence across the South of England. Due to recently gaining new contracts, they are seeking a hardworking Water Hygiene Engineer to join their team. You will be responsible for maintaining Client's compliance with industry safety guidelines, by undertaking duties such as: Temperature Monitoring, Showerhead Descales, Acid Descales and Outlet Flushing. Salaries are competitive and they can offer excellent training opportunities.
Locations of work include: Bath, Chippenham, Trowbridge, Frome, Swindon, Marlborough, Devizes, Yate, Bristol, Portishead, Stroud, Weston-super-Mare, Glastonbury, Bridgwater, Yeoville, Taunton, Wellington Tiverton, Exeter, Chard, Exmouth, Bridport, Weymouth, Amesbury, Tidworth.
Experience / Qualifications:
- Will be working as a Water Hygiene Engineer for a well-established outfit
- Working knowledge of ACOP L8 & HSG274 guidelines
- Plumbing qualifications and experience would be beneficial but not essential
- Strong IT and written ability
- Professional and hardworking attitude
The Role:
- Undertaking a range of Water Hygiene compliance duties, including: Showerhead Descales, Water Sampling, CWST Cleans, TMV Servicing
- Working across a mixed portfolio of Commercial, Local Authority and Leisure sites
- Opportunity to assist on some minor remedial duties such as pipework adjustments and TMV replacements
- Representing the company in a professional manner whilst working on site
- Writing detailed service reports
- Maintaining strong working relationships with Clients
