Client Advisor

Signature Recruitment Bristol is thrilled to partner with a prestigious Chartered Accountancy Practice located in the picturesque heart of Bath. Our client is seeking an ACCA-qualified accountant to join their thriving practice as a Client Advisor. This company are going from strength to strength, growing year on year. This role has come around due to organic growth within the company.

Joining a team of 20, you will be looking after clients accounts. This is a full-time, working 37.5 hours a week, core hours being 9am to 5.30pm but they are flexible around this.

The role

As a Client Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the practice. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Manage a portfolio of clients and specialist assignments, collating all information to meet client needs, compliance and budget

Report back into partner level to justify any additional fees

Assisting with the Tax and VAT department

Build and maintain consultative client relationships and build the business portfolio

Support the training and development of staff within the team

Requirements

• ACCA qualified
• Proficiency in relevant accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Need to have experience with a portfolio of clients
• Must have practise experience
