Joinery Manager, £45,000+ pa, Monday to Friday, Permanent, Yeovil, 8am – 5pm.
Are you an experienced Bench Joiner looking to take the next step in your career? Our client is seeking a Joinery Manager to lead their new workshop in Yeovil, producing bespoke products and designs.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to build and manage a team, set up the workshop, and oversee the production of high-quality joinery products from initial drawings to the finished product. This will include private commissions and restoration projects.
To be successful in this role, you should have at least five years of experience as a Bench Joiner and possess the following skills:
- Ability to interpret and produce products from drawings
- Proficiency in using a variety of workshop tools, including Spindle Moulders and Band Saws
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- A passion for delivering top-notch joinery products and services
If you have a strong portfolio of completed projects and can demonstrate your previous experience, you may be eligible for a higher salary.
