Are you ready to significantly impact our organization's risk management strategy?

A multi-award-winning financial technology company recognized for its 5-star service platform is seeking a talented Risk Manager to support and enhance their comprehensive Risk Framework. This is a hybrid role based in Bath (1 day) and comes with an attractive pay rate of up to £750 per day (inside IR35) for initially 6 months

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance the Risk Framework: Collaborate on the development of Risk Appetite and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), ensuring effective linkage between top-down and bottom-up risks.
  • ICARA Development: Contribute to the evolution of our Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICARA) to strengthen their risk assessments.
  • Risk Reporting Coordination: Oversee the coordination of risk reporting to provide clear insights and support informed decision-making.
  • Operational Resilience Framework: Drive forward key risk priorities, focusing
  • on enhancements to our Operational Resilience Framework.
  • RCSA Process Support: Assist in the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) process to identify and mitigate risks effectively.
  • Internal Risk Training: Help develop and deliver engaging internal risk training programs to build a robust risk culture across the firm.
