A leading, global property company, is seeking a General Manager to oversee a Build-to-Rent site in London. The General Manager will manage the day-to-day operations of the building, managing the site team and ensuring excellent customer service is delivered to the residents. Overview:

  • BTR General Manager
  • Salary: Up to £75,000 per annum
  • Location: London

Responsibilities of the General Manager include:

  • Manage a team of site staff, carry out regular 1-2-1s and ensure KPIs are met.
  • Manage the operational budget and maximise revenue streams.
  • Create a sense of community on site, oversee resident events.
  • Complete reports.
  • Carry out inspections and ensure apartments are ready for move ins.
  • Implement strategies and processes to improve the running of the site.
  • Ensure compliance.

The person:

  • Experience in a Community Manager/General Manager role within BTR.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Prior experience managing a team.
  • A good understanding of building operations and compliance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
