Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of leisure facilities including the gym, spa, and swimming pool.
- Ensure high standards of guest/member service and satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate a team of leisure staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Maintain and drive memberships
- Develop and implement innovative leisure programs and activities.
- Maintain health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the leisure/hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest/member experiences.
