About the Graduate Teaching Assistant role
- Assist with young people's learning across the national curriculum in core subjects such as Math's and English to foundation subjects such as PE and Music.
- A perfect stepping stone for an individual whose ambition is to become a qualified teacher.
What we need from you
- A recent graduate with 2:2 or above.
- Experience working with children - for example tutoring, coaching, mentoring, childcare, assisting in a nursery, or similar experience within a classroom.
- Confident to converse with parents, students and members of the public
- Enthusiastic and passionate about making a different in the lives of children with special educational needs
- Resilient and confident to work with challenging behaviour
