Student Experience Advisor - Part time and full time positions available

Signature Bristol are delighted to be recruiting for a Student Experience Team Member to join one of ourkey clients based in Bath. This role will suit a positive, proactive and vibrant person with a can-do attitude, who has strong organisational skills and is self-motivated with the ability to work on their own initiative.

This position is temporary, full time position starting as soon as possible, with the aim to become permanent for the right candidate, and is paying £12.00 per hour plus holiday pay.

Main responsibilities:

• Welcome visitors and contractors in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide a safe and supportive environment for students staying in accommodation
• Support Reception functions during busy periods
• Planning and running events for our students
• Maintain high standards of presentation and safety of the building.

Key requirements:

• Experience within a customer service environment
• Possessing a positive, can-do attitude even in challenging situations
• Respectful and open to diversity, being considerate of other peoples needs at all times.

This role will be for 37.5 hours per week. You will work 5 out of 7 days per week.

The shift pattern is to be confirmed, but it shall be 8 hours with the earliest shift starting at 7am and the latest shift finishing at 10pm.
