Spirehouse are currently recruiting for an Employee Relations Specialist on behalf of a Public Sector organisation in Bath.
The Opportunity
The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of employee relations cases across the organisation, analysing data and driving the continuous improvement of processes and approaches to ensure that all parties receive a supportive and efficient service.
There will be a requirement to train and develop line managers in the knowledge and skills to manage employee relations and resolution situations positively, professionally, and effectively.
Alongside this, there will be a responsibility to review, develop, and improve Employee Relations policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with employment law.

Requirements
- Employee Relations experience
- CIPD qualified
