What our client is looking for
Our client is an elderly gentleman with autism who is looking for reliable and professional support workers to attend church and support him to be part of the church community. There should be an emphasis on supporting our client to connect himself, promoting independence is key. Also, an understanding of autism and communication barriers would be beneficial but full training and ongoing mentoring will be provided.
Additional hours will be available for the right candidate (pay may vary)
Do you need experience?
Yes for this particular role, experience within a support worker or a care assistant role is desirable.

We're looking for:
- Excellent communication skills
- A full UK driver's licence
- Good professional and personal references
