Robert Half are working with an organisation who are seeking an ESG Coordinator to support the implementation of its sustainability strategy and ESG initiatives. This role will be instrumental in driving meaningful change, ensuring compliance, and embedding ESG principles across the organisation.
This is a permanent role, based in Bath, offering hybrid working.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supports the ESG strategy, aligning global goals with local impact.
- Monitors and reports on sustainability progress, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
- Collaborates with internal departments to integrate ESG principles into business operations.
- Conducts research, analyses data, and identifies best practices.
- Engages with stakeholders, suppliers, and partners to strengthen ESG initiatives.
- Organises ESG training and awareness programmes to enhance team engagement.
- Manages certifications, audits, and ensures compliance with international ESG standards.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Desirable - A degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, or a related field
- Experience in ESG, sustainability, or corporate social responsibility
- Strong analytical skills with knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A proactive approach with a passion for sustainability.
