As a Commercial Mortgage Broker, you will delve deep into clients’ requirements, providing advice and support to secure the best financial solutions tailored to their needs. You will handle a variety of commercial cases, including bridging, commercial, portfolio buy-to-let, and development finance, therefore having a well rounded knowledge and experience in these areas is essential.

• Provide expert property finance advice and guidance to clients.
• Assist clients in securing the most suitable finance products.
• Assess clients' financial information, creditworthiness, and eligibility.
• Analyze and compare finance products from various lenders.
• Stay updated with new finance products and regulatory changes.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with all parties involved.

• Self-Employed Position
• First Year OTE: £70k

• Proven experience as a Finance Broker.
• Knowledge of Bridging finance, Development Finance and Commercial Mortgages.
• Comprehensive understanding of finance products.
• Ability to work independently and autonomously.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Quick rapport-building capabilities and the ability to create lasting relationships.
• Self-motivated and proactive attitude.
