As a Commercial Finance and Mortgage Broker, you will asses clients’ requirements, providing advice and support to secure the best financial solutions tailored to their needs. You will handle a variety of commercial cases, including bridging, commercial, and development finance, therefore having a well-rounded knowledge and experience in these areas is essential. Requirements • Provide expert property finance advice and guidance to clients.• Assist clients in securing the most suitable finance products.• Assess clients' financial information, creditworthiness, and eligibility.• Analyse and compare finance products from various lenders.• Stay updated with new finance products and regulatory changes.• Maintain clear and effective communication with all parties involved.
