This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing client relationships, leading teams, and providing high-quality business advisory services.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing a varied portfolio of clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Overseeing the preparation and review of financial statements and management accounts
- Providing business advisory support and financial insights to clients
- Leading and mentoring a team of accountants, supporting their development
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and add value to client services
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- At least five years’ experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Strong client relationship management and business advisory skills
- Proven experience in managing a portfolio of clients and leading teams
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
