Our client, a leading international wealth management platform, is looking for a CASS Manager to join their team. This is a key role focused on overseeing the firm’s CASS risk and control framework, ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and supporting the delivery of high-quality outcomes for clients and advisers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day oversight of client money and asset reconciliations
  • Maintain and enhance the firm’s CASS risk and control framework
  • Monitor, identify, and escalate potential risks, breaches, or areas for improvement
  • Coordinate and support internal and external CASS audits
  • Produce and review CMAR returns and other regulatory reports
  • Support and advise teams across the business on CASS-related matters
  • Contribute to strategic change initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance is maintained
  • Line manage a small team, supporting their development and performance

About you:

  • Strong technical knowledge of FCACASS rules (particularly chapters 1, 1A, 6, 7, 9, and 10)
  • Proven experience with client money and asset reconciliations
  • Strong understanding of risk management and regulatory frameworks
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Highly organised, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
