Robert Half are working with a rapidly growing manufacturing business based in Bath to recruit a Finance Director to join their impressive SLT.
The RoleThe Finance Director will play a pivotal role in steering financial strategy and optimising operational performance.
You will lead a skilled team of finance experts, overseeing financial planning, analysis, and reporting efforts to support strategic decision-making throughout the organisation. Your insights will play a key role in shaping growth and ensuring financial sustainability in a fast-paced industry.
Key Duties:* Manage the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, offering valuable analysis and recommendations to senior leadership.* Supervise financial reporting to ensure accuracy, compliance, and transparency in all financial operations.* Work collaboratively with teams across operations, sales, and engineering to align financial goals with business objectives.* Provide support for commercial bids, proposals, and business cases.* Lead efforts to enhance financial processes and controls, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost savings.
Your Profile* Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, ICAEW etc)* Able to communicate at all levels and present to Board/Exec level* Experience working within an ever-changing environment and working to tight deadlines* Ideally experienced in corporate reporting
