Role

Developing the FP&A function, you will be the key conduit between the financial planning team and commercial stakeholders, providing input and influence over ROI drivers. Enjoying a highly visible role, you will be exposed to all commercial functions along with the SMT and Exec Board. Specific responsibilities include:

Coordinating and leading the annual budgeting and monthly re-forecasting cycles with an emphasis on 'what if’ scenario modelling
Providing relevant and timely monthly analysis of business performance for each of the international jurisdictions
Developing and monitoring business KPIs
Identifying and providing decision support to critical initiatives that maximise growth
Maintaining and improving the rolling 3 Year Plan, including identifying opportunities for growth and key areas of concern

About You

As a graduate qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA or ACCA), you will have experience within a commercial finance or FP&A setting or perhaps be looking for your first move from a Big4 corporate finance setting. You will possess a sound understanding of financial forecasts and analytical models and have a hands-on approach to data analysis, modelling and simulation of complex systems. You will be comfortable driving change and developing and executing operational processes at scale and working in a time sensitive environment with tight deadlines.
