Role

Developing the FP&A function, you will be the key conduit between the financial planning team and commercial stakeholders, providing input and influence over ROI drivers. Enjoying a highly visible role, you will be exposed to all commercial functions along with the SMT and Exec Board. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and leading the annual budgeting and monthly re-forecasting cycles with an emphasis on 'what if’ scenario modelling
  • Providing relevant and timely monthly analysis of business performance for each of the international jurisdictions
  • Developing and monitoring business KPIs
  • Identifying and providing decision support to critical initiatives that maximise growth
  • Maintaining and improving the rolling 3 Year Plan, including identifying opportunities for growth and key areas of concern

About You

As a graduate qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA or ACCA), you will have experience within a commercial finance or FP&A setting or perhaps be looking for your first move from a Big4 corporate finance setting. You will possess a sound understanding of financial forecasts and analytical models and have a hands-on approach to data analysis, modelling and simulation of complex systems. You will be comfortable driving change and developing and executing operational processes at scale and working in a time sensitive environment with tight deadlines.
