Quinton Davies is excited to exclusively partner with an innovative and rapidly growing company based in Bath to recruit their new Head of Finance. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to shape the financial direction of a dynamic and evolving business that's making a real impact in its industry.

As the Head of Finance, you'll report directly to the CFO, taking full responsibility for the finance function and working closely with senior leadership. Key areas of responsibility include:

• Develop Financial Strategy and Planning to drive the business forward
• Overseeing Financial Management and Reporting to ensure strong financial performance
• Providing Leadership and Development to your growing finance team
• Managing Risk and Compliance to keep the business safe and secure
• Driving Stakeholder Engagement to align finance with business goals
• Enhancing Financial Systems and Processes for operational excellence

This role offers autonomy, challenge, and the opportunity to make a real difference as the business grows.

You'll bring energy, expertise, and leadership to the table, as well as:

• A relevant accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) or equivalent
• Proven leadership experience in finance
• Expertise in financial strategy and FP&A
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
