Interim Finance Manager - Immediate Start - Bath (Exclusive with Robert Half)
Location: Bath, UKRole Type: Interim (Full-time, 5 days per week)Industry: Manufacturing/Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily financial operations, including budgeting, reporting, and cash flow management.
- Provide accurate and timely financial reporting to the senior leadership team.
- Manage financial accounting processes and internal controls.
- Work closely with the accounts team to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in driving process improvements within the finance function.
What You'll Need:
- Immediate availability and based locally to Bath (ideal for local candidates or those in commuting distance).
- Previous experience in a Manufacturing or Engineering environment is a bonus.
- Hands-on experience with financial management (reporting, budgeting, cash flow, and forecasting).
- CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified or equivalent experience.
- Strong organisational skills, with an ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
