Having worked closely with this firm for nearly 8 years, we have seen them grow year on year, to become a highly regarded Wealth Management firm, providing no jargon based holistic Financial Advice to their clients. As a result of this growth, they are now looking for an experienced Financial Adviser to take over an existing client bank.

If you like the consultancy side to Financial Planning, but not the sales aspects, then this would be an excellent move for you. The firm is very client centric and has an excellent retention record, also a significant proportion of their new business comes from client referrals and recommendations. The role of the Financial Adviser will be focused on building genuinely meaningful relationships with the clients you are allocated, getting to understand their personal goals and aspirations.

Technical expertise will be split across pensions, investments and protection, with some intergenerational guidance, where appropriate. My client is looking for a Financial Adviser that has circa 3 years of providing practical Advice and guidance and someone that is looking for a long-term career move. Full on the job training and support will be provided, along with study support if you are looking to gain your chartered status. All the Advisers are provided with full Financial Admin and Paraplanning support and a professional and team orientated environment to work in.
