Early Years Practitioner / Pre-school Teaching Assistant - BA1

My client, a thriving independent prep school, is seeking a qualified Early Years Practitioner to join the school on a permanent basis. This full-time role is a perfect fit for someone eager to make a meaningful contribution to a school who value inspirational teaching and learning in a caring, supportive and inclusive community. You’ll have the chance to build strong relationships and help guide the school’s youngest students through this crucial stage of their education.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Caring for children: Ensuring children are happy, healthy, and safe
- Assist in organizing the learning environment and maintaining resources.
- Help deliver learning activities, including literacy, numeracy, and ICT.
- Assist with behavior management programs and ensure a safe, secure learning environment.
- Support individual children and groups with emotional, physical, and educational needs, including those with special needs
About You
- Be able to do the job as described
- Level 2 qualification in Early Years
- Passionate about early childhood education and committed to pupil progress
- You bring a caring, nurturing attitude that makes a difference in young lives
- Experience in Early Years education with innovative and creative ideas for engaging young learners
- Strong ability to manage classroom behaviour while creating a safe and stimulating environment
