Administrative Coordinator (Wiki migration)

Rate - £200 (A Day)

Duration - 3 Months (Initially)

Location - Bath (Hybrid)

IR35 - Inside (Must use an umbrella company)

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Use the MS Office 365 tools to record, monitor, and forward requests received in person, by email or MS Teams
  • Assist the project team in transferring content from the current Wiki platform to the new platform, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Work closely with staff members across departments to review, organize, and structure Wiki content during the migration process.
  • Operate a computer program (migration tool) to export data from source system to SharePoint (training would be provided).
  • Assist the team in provide basic technical support to members as they transition to the new system, including answering queries, troubleshooting minor issues, and escalating complex problems to the relevant team members. Provide ad-hoc technical support to staff members as they transition to the new system. Respond to queries within 48 hours and escalate any complex issues to the relevant technical team.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of migrated content and create logs of issues or inconsistencies identified during the migration process. Perform daily updates to ensure accurate tracking of progress.
  • Participate in testing the new platform by using it as an end-user and providing feedback on usability, navigation, and functionality.
  • Note-taking at team or project meetings as required by line manager.
