Are you an organized, self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced office environment? Our client is looking for a skilled Administrator to help keep their operations running smoothly. You'll work closely with the Office Manager and fellow admins to ensure the office functions efficiently-your attention to detail and proactive attitude will be key to success!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle reception duties-greet guests, manage calendars, and oversee office supplies
  • Accurately enter new project requests into CMap and maintain data integrity
  • Manage day-to-day banking, petty cash, and credit control processes
  • Ensure smooth operations of the conference room and maintain office equipment
  • Provide admin support to directors and engineers, handle travel bookings and plan social events
  • Raise invoices, ensure accuracy and log them for submission to the accountant
  • Maintain external provider records, organize interviews and coordinate office needs

Qualifications & Skills:

  • GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths (NVQ Level 2 in Business Admin desirable)
  • Strong communication skills-written, verbal and face-to-face
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple demands in a busy office
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (O365) and experience with databases
  • Minute-taking skills
  • Proactive and organized, with a can-do attitude
