Are you highly skilled with Revit and AutoCAD?
Are you a driven BIM professional with 5+ years experience?

Our client is a dynamic and award winning business who are now looking to recruit an ambitious and motivated individual to continue the evolution of the company's BIM proposition.

Based in Bath, the successful candidate will;-

• Take ownership of BIM throughout the design and construction phases. You will lead and undertake BIM activities, alongside advising and assisting the project team.
• Be responsible for the company's BIM standards, processes, content, documentation and policies.
• Keep the company's BIM systems up to date and in line with the latest technological advances and industry best practice.
• Lead BIM training and onboarding programmes across all stakeholder groups.
• Work with key suppliers and partners to drive and support BIM adoption.
• Work alongside Head of Operations to implement the company's systems strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.

Who this role is for:

• Experienced BIM professional with at least 5+ years experience, preferably in design and build.
• Proven experience delivering training and onboarding initiatives.
• An ambitious individual, excited by the opportunity to contribute to the company's ongoing BIM evolution.

Candidate Criteria;-

• Highly skilled in Revit, AutoCAD, Dynamo and ideally, ACC.
• Able to work to tight deadlines and manage time effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Positive, pragmatic and optimistic.
• Shared values of Collaboration, Commitment and Creativity.
