As a Residential Conveyancer, you will:

Independently manage a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, and new builds.

Provide high-quality client service with efficiency, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Work closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth and timely transaction progression.
We are looking for a motivated and skilled conveyancer who:

Has at least two years of experience handling residential conveyancing transactions.

Is confident managing files independently from instruction to completion.

Possesses strong organisational, communication, and client care skills.

Is proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
