EUC Engineer

Bath

Our client, a multi-award-winning financial company, is seeking a skilled EUC Engineer to join their IT Operations team. This role offers a competitive salary and a flexible hybrid working approach, allowing you to split your time between the office in Bath (BA1) and home.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering end-user computing services and solutions to both remote and office-based staff.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing incidents, problems, and requests assigned to the EUC team
  • Troubleshooting issues using analytical and logical approaches
  • Maintaining and creating application patching schedules
  • Leveraging the latest Microsoft technologies for policy and systems management
  • Managing end-user system builds, images, and remote deployment
  • Supporting telephony systems and other corporate IT services

We are looking for someone with:

  • Extensive desktop and hardware support experience
  • Strong background in Microsoft Windows client management and end-user systems
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online tenant administration
  • 1st/2nd line technical support experience
  • Customer-focused approach and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Positive team player attitude with a drive for continuous improvement

Desirable skills include Mobile Device Management experience, ITIL knowledge, and Microsoft 365 tenant administration.
