An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Field Sales Trainee to join a leading manufacturer and distributor of light metal construction solutions and access products.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- The Field Sales Trainee will be responsible for joining a sales academy to build experience and knowledge.
- Maintaining and developing sales within existing and new accounts in theterritory.
- Developing relationships with DIY and trade customers.
- Shadowing, training and meetings to build knowledge and experience.
- Follow up and converting leads.
- Attending trade shows and networking events.
- Maintaining market and competitor knowledge, utilising Sales-force.
Experience & Skills needed:
- This is a entry level sales role, suitable for someone early on in their career and wanting to take the next step into a role with huge progression opportunities.
- Excellent motivation and organisation skills.
- A proactive sales approach.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Able to travel.

- Basic salary starting at 24k, rising to 26k.
