We are looking for a dedicated and organised individual to join our team as a CDT Coordinator in Sustainable Chemical Technologies. This role supports the training of researchers focused on sustainability.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Admissions: Manage the recruitment process, including inquiries, interviews, and open days.
  • Student Support: Coordinate with academic staff and external providers to assist students and maintain records.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the CDT Directors with meetings and general inquiries.
  • Financial Administration: Monitor budgets and manage financial records in collaboration with the finance team.
  • Event Coordination: Organise events that promote the CDT's work and manage logistics.


Qualifications:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in an administrative or project coordination role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
