- Managing a team of 7 billing clerks
- Managing/maintain team SLA's/KPI's
- Managing the whole O2C cycle including WIP
- Ensuring billings are actioned accurately and on time (monthly billings in excess of £5m)
- Reviewing team processes and making improvements
- First point of contact for any AR queries/escalations
- Attending weekly/monthly finance meetings with the wider finance department.
- Month end review and sign off for bank/ledger recs, journal postings, write offs etc.
What you'll need to succeed
- Team management experience
- Month end close and variance analysis commentary experience
- Experience of process improvement
- Gravitas and presence to lead a department
