- Social housing experience and possession of an own vehicle and tools are required for this role.
- The job guarantees 40 hours per week with no call-outs.
As the Multi trade you will be responsible for:
Repairs and maintenance within occupied properties
Liaising with tenants
Working off a PDA system
The Multi trade person will receive in return:
£22 per hour
Fuel allowance 45p per mile
Guaranteed 40 hours per week
No Call-Outs
The successful Multi trade person will:
NVQ or time served in relevant trade
Skills in carpentry and minor plumbing.
