Property & Lettings Manager responsibilities:
- Overseeing portfolio of private rented properties
- Direct line manage 2 Letting Coordinators
- Oversee the end-to-end management of the private rent portfolio, from tenancy termination to successful re-letting and ongoing tenancy management.
Property & Lettings Manager requirements:
- Commercial background overseeing portfolio of private rented properties
- Experience manging budgets and strategic decisions
- Good understanding on Landlord and Tenant Law within private properties
