Complex Care Assistant

8am - 4pm
Client based - Bath, BA2
£13.25 per hour

Prestige Nursing & Care Bath branch are recruiting for a team of Complex Care Assistants to deliver exceptional care to our client in Bath.

Your role will be to support our female client with attending a day centre on a 2:1 basis. Clinical interventions to include, supporting with learning disability, epilepsy/ seizure management, and other complex health needs including tracheostomy care, enteral feeding and ventilation.

Experience with tracheostomy care, enteral feeding and ventilation would be beneficial, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Do you need experience?

For our complex care roles, experience is preferred, however we are open to candidates that come from different care backgrounds with different experiences. We offer excellent complex care training to all of our colleagues joining our complex teams and support is always on hand so that we are all delivering safe care.

We're looking for:

  • Six months' paid experience in care - does not have to be complex care
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A driver's licence & own car is an advantage
  • Good professional and personal references
