Position Overview:

We are currently seeking experienced and compassionate Health Carers to join our team in the Bristol area. The successful candidates will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, ensuring their well-being and dignity are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assisting clients with mobility and physical activities.
  • Administering medication as prescribed and monitoring health conditions.
  • Supporting clients with meal preparation and feeding.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of care provided.
  • Communicating effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ensuring a safe and clean environment for all clients.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A minimum of [X years] experience in a Health Carer or similar role.
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health care is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to care.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
  • A valid DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
