The Role

As General Manager, youll take full ownership of the venues operations, ensuring it remains at the forefront of Baths hospitality scene. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading and inspiring a dedicated FOH and BOH team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Driving sales and profitability while maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.
Upholding the brands reputation through innovative thinking and impeccable execution.
Building and nurturing relationships with stakeholders, ensuring the venue remains a critical asset within the company.
Overseeing all operational aspects, including team development, compliance, and financial performance.
