Retrofit Coordinator About you?
The Retrofit Coordinator will be expected to develop retrofit designs both sympathetic to the property, the customer requirements and financial parameters. You will play a key role in delivering our energy improvement targets and ambitions. The Retrofit coordinator will need to have the following skills and background to be successful.
- Strong customer service skills
- Be qualified with a level 5 diploma in Domestic Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management
- Experience in construction project planning and/ or delivery
- A background of project delivery in retrofit >5m in value
- A background of data analysis
- Strong stakeholder management with internal colleagues and external partners
- A background of leading projects dealing with scale and costs
