VisionFR is delighted to be working with a creative design agency to help find a new Head of People, currently anticipated to be on a 3 day per week basis. Approx 50 people, based in Bath they work with some great blue chip FMCG names along with exciting, up-and-coming brands

The Head of People will have a focus on nurturing, developing, and attracting key talent to the team, ensuring that creativity flourishes, people feel valued, and everyone has the opportunity to grow and develop

What we’re looking for

A passionate and strategic Head of People who will champion the team's growth and well-being. To thrive in this role, you'll bring:

  • Creative Industry Experience: Proven success in a people-focused role within a fast-paced agency environment, ideally in the creative sector, understanding the unique needs of a creative workforce.
  • Strategic HR Leadership: CIPD Chartered Member status (or actively working towards it), demonstrating a deep understanding of HR best practices and employment law, with the ability to translate this knowledge into actionable strategies.
  • Proactive System Optimisation: A track record of effectively managing and improving HR systems, processes, and procedures, ensuring seamless information flow and compliance.
  • Values-Driven Alignment: A personal and professional philosophy that resonates with the core values of the agency.
  • Empowering Coaching & Problem-Solving: Exceptional coaching and problem-solving skills, enabling you to guide and support team members in reaching their full potential.
