Are you an experienced senior HR professional? Are you seeking your next challenge in a creative and dynamic organisation?Juice is thrilled to be working with a prominent professional services organisation based just outside of Bath, in their search for a HR Manager to join their experienced and friendly team.You will be managing the day-to-day HR function of all HR operations across multiple sites. The successful candidate will have comprehensive experience in delivering crucial HR projects and reinforcing positive working environments.This could suit a talented HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor looking for a new role. DAY TO DAY:• Providing 1st line strategic support and advice to Senior leadership team, informing them of key changes in requirements • Chairing and facilitating a number of people lead forum groups, including well-being and mental health forums• Providing support to facilitate advice on key procedures, coaching and mentoring line managers through 1st line queries• Providing risk mitigation in relation to HR matters• Managing and advising on sickness absence / maternity and paternity / parental leave • Creating employee engagement initiatives including desirable benefits packages• Gathering HRIS data and keeping track of all relevant HR statistics • Manage entire recruitment process, onboarding and offboarding, creating job descriptions & interviews • • Overseeing the annual review process and system• Facilitating training through the 3rd parties and maintaining training records / CPD

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:• Previous experience in a senior HR generalist position• Level 5 CIPD qualified or equivalent experience• Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation• Exceptional interpersonal skills - able to build strong relationships with employees• A passion for EDI, mental health and well-being initiatives • Proficient user of MS Office and HR systems• Happy to travel to London occasionally (twice per month)
