Robert Half are currently supporting a professional services business in Bath on the recruitment of a HR Advisor to join the team on a 6-month fixed term contract. This role will look to start immediately; therefore, you must be immediately available or available at short notice to be considered.

Our client adopts a hybrid working model, which would require you on site in a Bath city centre office 2 days per week. This role can either be considered on a full-time basis, or part time (4 days per week).

Responsibilities of the HR Advisor include but will not be limited to:

  • Managing all employee relations cases in the business, supporting and advising line managers throughout the process.
  • Acting as a 1st point of contact to all employees for people related queries and providing advisory support where required.
  • Supporting with all day-to-day operational HR activities across the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Assisting with HR project work including the development and implementation of all HR policies and procedures.
  • Deputising for the Head of HR where necessary and providing support to the wider HR team.

Your Profile:

  • Strong proven experience as a HR Generalist with up-to-date UK employment law and legislation is essential for this role.
  • Minimum CIPD Level 3 qualified.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to manage stakeholder relationships at all levels.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong operational understanding of MS Office suite and HR systems.

In return, the successful candidate can expect a salary of between £35,000 - £40,000 plus benefits including private medical insurance, pension scheme, life assurance and more.
