Our client is seeking an HR Advisor to join their team, providing a comprehensive HR service to managers and employees. You’ll ensure policies, processes, and frameworks support a highly engaged and high-performing workforce.

This permanent, part-time role starts in April offering a salary of up to £36,000 (pro rata) plus excellent benefits. The work pattern is flexible and open for discussion, with hybrid working available after training (1-2 days onsite, as needed). Working hours ideally 30 hours per week.

In the role of HR Advisor, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Guide and support managers in consistent, legally compliant people management.
  • Handle employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance, and flexible working.
  • Manage the HR inbox, ensuring timely responses and appropriate escalation.
  • Assist the Head of People in delivering the HR strategy.

We would love to hear from you if you have the following:

  • Prior experience in a HR Advisor role, beneficial to have within the healthcare sector or a high-compliance environment.
  • Experience managing employee relations cases, including disciplinary and grievance processes.
  • Experience developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Supporting performance management and learning & development initiatives.
  • CIPD level 5 qualification (or working towards).
