Our client is seeking an Internal Recruitment and Onboarding Officer to join their team at their Head Office near to Bath, Somerset. You’ll play a pivotal role supporting the HR function, ensuring all recruitment processes run smoothly and in line with company standards.

This position is a permanent, full-time position offering a salary of £30,000. A hybrid role, you’ll be expected to travel to head office at least once per week to collaborate with the HR manager and hiring managers across departments.

In the role of Internal Recruitment and Onboarding Officer, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings to interview coordination.
  • Ensuring compliance with recruitment standards, and handling pre-employment checks (DBS, references, etc.).
  • Overseeing onboarding, making sure new hires have everything they need from day one.
  • Supporting HR in recruitment strategy projects to help drive the organisation’s growth.

We would love to hear from you if you have the following:

  • Prior experience in recruitment, ideally within healthcare or a high-compliance environment.
  • Tech-savvy with recruitment tools and social media platforms.
  • Comfortable with video interviewing technology.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to handle multiple priorities.
