About the Role

We are seeking a skilled IT Engineer to provide high-level technical support and hands-on assistance across various environments. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge technologies and requires a broad technical skill set.

Key Responsibilities

?Technical Support & Troubleshooting- Provide 1st to 3rd-line support, including network, system, and application troubleshooting.?IT Infrastructure Management- Work with Windows 10/11 (Professional, Enterprise, and Education), Windows Server 2016-2025, Active Directory, and Group Policy.?Cloud Services & Networking- Administer Azure/Microsoft 365 (Google experience is a plus), manage access points, switches, and firewalls, and oversee system upgrades, integration, and rollouts.?Client-Facing Engagement- Deliver remote and onsite IT support across multiple locations while maintaining excellent customer relationships.?Technical Growth- Stay ahead of technological advancements and work in a variety of industries and environments.

??Experience- Minimum 5 years in IT support, networking, and infrastructure.??Skills- Strong multitasking abilities, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work independently and in a team.??Communication- Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to engage professionally with clients.??Mobility- Own vehicle required for travel to client sites.
