I’m proud to be representing a long-standing eCommerce agency client in their desire to bring on board a Delivery Lead. Naturally you will have a wealth of experience in delivering eCommerce website development projects using Shopify or similar platforms, in addition to a track record of growing teams, establishing streamlined processes, and contributing to the wider business within an agency setting.You may be a seasoned Delivery Lead/Head of Delivery, or a Senior Project Manager ready to make that step up.If this sounds like you, read on!Please note whilst my client offers 100% remote working within the UK, if you are not a permanent UK resident with right to work in the UK your application will be rejected.What you'll be doingYou’ll be joining a well-established eCommerce agency who’ve built a reputation for delivering high quality Shopify development projects for an impressive client base consisting of B2C brands from a variety of industries. With sound financial backing and firm plans to grow the delivery function and wider service offering, you will be at the heart of achieving such goals operating with autonomy, support, and trust. To be successful you will be able to utilise years of experience as a senior member of a digital agency environment, where you can advise on best practice to maximise profitability and performance, across the entire delivery lifecycle. Whilst having your finger on the pulse and being hands with project delivery when required, you will have strong commercial and strategic acumen to manage resource, forecast pipeline and bring ideas to the table on how to achieve growth plans with the CEO and senior leadership team.Leading by example, you’ll take pleasure in helping your team to learn new skills, progress their career and improve overall performance, creating a pro-active self-sufficient culture.You’ll be the lynchpin between internal cross functional teams across design and development to external stakeholders to deliver a seamless customer experience.Culturally, my client makes a real effort to ensure you feel part of the team, especially if you work 100% remotely, with a great onboarding process and team activities every quarter where travel is paid for.   • Strong experience of project delivery in an eCommerce/digital agency.
  • Strong experience using eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce or similar.
  • Strong experience of working with enterprise ecommerce technologies and solutions.
  • Strong experience of working with productivity tools to manage resourcing, utilisation, capacity and profitability. 
  • Experience of managing multiple resources across multiple project & retainers.
  • Previous experience managing and coaching account/project managers.
  • Track record of improving processes, and ability to bring new ideas to the table.
  • Commercial and strategic acumen to work with the business leaders in their growth aspirations, and to grow your own team’s operations and services.
  • Skilled with budgeting, reporting, planning, and forecasting.
  • First rate client management skills and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills.
  • Personable, hard working with a desire to deliver high performance.
  • Comfortable working remotely long term, or from the office in the Southwest.
  • A collaborative and friendly mindset that champions teamwork.
