Do you have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with good attention to detail? Our client, a growing wealth management platform, is looking for a Client Services Executive to join their Bath based team.Your responsibilities:

  • Manage daily tasks, ensuring high service levels and quality
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers, advisers, and third parties across all channels
  • Identify client solutions, enhance the customer journey, and suggest process improvements
  • Participate in team meetings, providing feedback to Operations Managers and contributing to Consumer Duty goals
  • Understand and follow regulations, swiftly escalate incidents, and support root cause analysis
  • Complete mandatory training on risk, confidentiality, data security, GDPR, and CASS rules

Your skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and telephone skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team to meet objectives
  • Strong data processing and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Experience in handling phone calls and platform knowledge (training provided)
  • Knowledge of ISA/SIPP, financial services qualifications, and an interest in financial markets
