Reed Business Support in Bath is working with a Bath based business in their search for a Client Services Administrator within Employee Benefits & Pensions.

This Client Services Administrator role suit someone with a background in Administration and / or Pensions and Employee Benefits.

Permanent

35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Office based

£22,000 - £25,000

To provide day-to-day administration support to the Corporate Financial Planners in order to provide their clients with excellent client service, including but not limited to:

  • Point of contact for all incoming calls and emails
  • Providing full Employee Benefits administration
  • Making sure all CRM records are up to date
  • Data Management
  • Office duties and post distribution
  • Treating all data with complete confidentiality
  • Many more ad hoc duties

Ideally you will have:

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Previous experience working in an administration role
  • Experience of delivering accurate, relevant and timely information
