Robert Half are supporting a business in Bath who are looking for a Credit Administrator to join their team on an initial 6-month basis.
This role presents an opportunity for an individual with good communication skills and a finance background to contribute to the efficient functioning of the receivables's operations.
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6 Months
Salary: £23,000 - £26,000
Hybrid Working - 2 x days on site
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Bank Postings
- Filling in new supplier forms.
- Data Entry
- New Client set up
- Chasing Clients for Purchase orders and Remittance Advices.
- Managing the Credit Control inbox.
- Handling & managing a small portfolio in chasing clients Debt.
Required experience/background:
- Previous finance experience
- Excellent communication
- Positive 'can do' attitude
- Team player
- Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
