Huntswood is looking for experienced pension administrators to join our client, working on remote basis, on a six-month initial contract.
As a pension administrator you will provide a high-quality service to customers by resolving their enquiries in a timely manner.
In particular, our client is looking for experience with
- New benefits - processing new investments within the platform from funds received from external providers to ensure they are allocated as per instructions
- Claims - claiming benefits such as income, tax free cash from the investment funds
- Transfers - transferring funds from the client to an external provider
- In specie contributions - transferring an asset into the existing pension scheme
Starts: 11th November 2024
Location: Working from home
Rate: £200 per day - Umbrella only recruitment - This is only available to individuals working via an umbrella company, we can assist you with this
Duration: 6 Months initially
Skills required:
- Demonstrable pension administration experience, in particular
- new business
- claims
- transfers
- in specie contributions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to take and make calls to customers and internal stakeholders
- Ability to work independently as well as being able to work as a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to navigate multiple systems as part of your working day
