Responsibilities:

Manage an interesting and varied caseload of commercial property matters, with a focus on supporting the education sector, you can expect to be dealing with advice on:

  • Complex acquisitions
  • Disposals
  • Estate management
  • Retail leases
  • Joint ventures,
  • Mixed-use development projects

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with experience in commercial property law.
  • 3-5 years of experience in managing your own caseload.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to prioritise work effectively.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage complex transactions.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Prior experience in education property is beneficial but not essential
