Job Title: Commercial Property Solicitor
Location: Bath
Contract Details: Permanent, Full-Time and Part-Time
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum

Our client is a top-tier law firm recognised nationally for their expertise in sectors such as Business & Social Enterprise, Charity, Education, Faith, and Private Client. With a collaborative culture and a commitment to supporting their clients and communities, they are known for their specialist expertise.
Responsibilities:
Manage an interesting and varied caseload of commercial property matters, with a focus on supporting the education sector, you can expect to be dealing with advice on:
- Complex acquisitions
- Disposals
- Estate management
- Retail leases
- Joint ventures,
- Mixed-use development projects
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with experience in commercial property law.
- 3-5 years of experience in managing your own caseload.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to prioritise work effectively.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage complex transactions.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Prior experience in education property is beneficial but not essential
