Operating across South Wales from multiple locations, they are expanding their Commercial Property team and require a Solicitor in their Bath office. YOUR DAY TO DAY* Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters including, leases, pension property, acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant and some development matters. * Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in relation to commercial property matters.* Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing timely updates and strategic advice.* Collaborate with colleagues across various practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal services.* Contribute to business development initiatives, including networking and marketing efforts to enhance the firm's profile in the commercial property sector.DESIRED EXPERIENCE* At least 2 years post qualified Solicitor or equivalent in Commercial Property (Essential)* Experience managing a diverse caseload of commercial property matters.
