This is a Permanent position for a Part Time Legal Counsel to join a well established business with offices based on the outskirts of Bath.

Description
The Part Time Legal Counsel position based in Bath will involve the following tasks:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts including customer and supplier agreements, terms and conditions, heads of terms and non-disclosure agreements.
- Supporting the sales and purchase teams on contract review and contract management.
- Advising on potential disputes.
- Support to company secretarial function including share transfers and corporate filings at Companies House.
- Assistance with drafting Board and Management agendas and minutes.
- Assistance with organising and running of the AGM.
- Involvement as required in a variety of other legal areas, including property/lease matters, trusts, environmental queries and intellectual property.
- Assisting on the development of Company precedents and policies.
- Provide support on departmental administrative matters.
- Advising on compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Profile
The successful candidate for the Part Time Legal Counsel position will need the following skills and experience:
- Has at least 6 month's experience in commercial contracts, corporate or commercial litigation.
- Excellent relationship management skills to be able to engage with key stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail
- Be able to work independently
Job Offer
This is a Permanent position, offering part time hours, approximately 3-4 days per week, but with flexibility for the right candidate.
